KRMW

This Windows Professional version of the Key Records Manager program is designed to track information for as many key systems as your hard drive can hold. Even if you only have one key system to track, you can create dummy systems to track other keys in your organization. Many of our customers have found it helpful in tracking vehicle keys, desk and file cabinet keys, etc.

Records may be entered via the keyboard or by import of an ASCII file. The ASCII file structure is described in the program documentation and can be created using a word processor or you may import the output of our MK2 or MK3 master key system generation software.

It is a full featured program which matches and exceeds the paper based system you may have now and exceeds the requirements of ANSI A156.5 Section 17 for key control systems.

If you don’t have a key control policy or procedure now, we suggest that you use our KCD product to print and implement one in conjunction with the KRMW program

Major features of the program are illustrated below:

A working demo is available by clicking below. The working demo is limited by not being allowed to print or save a record. Copy the KRMWDemo.exe program from the zip to a directory of its own and execute it to install. Press ‘enter’ for the password until you set one.
